4. Booking Services
When you request a free estimate or schedule a consultation through our website or by phone, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Any changes to your contact details or requested services must be communicated promptly to ensure proper service delivery.
5. Payment Terms
By engaging in our services, you agree to provide payment as outlined in the service agreement. We offer financing and payment plans for select services. Payments must be made in full or in installments as agreed upon during the consultation. Failure to make timely payments may result in service delays or cancellations.
6. Warranties
Atlantic Metal Roofing offers a 50-year warranty on all metal roofing systems and a 25-year warranty on all other materials. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters, neglect, or improper maintenance.
7. Liability
Atlantic Metal Roofing is licensed and insured. While we make every effort to ensure our services are performed to the highest standard, we are not responsible for any damage caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or structural issues that are not identified during the initial consultation.
8. Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the area where the roofing service will take place is accessible, safe, and free from any hazards. Atlantic Metal Roofing is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from unsafe conditions on the property.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, logos, and graphics on our website, is the property of Atlantic Metal Roofing and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
